How do I register for the server?
Use Register on the website, set username, email and password, then log in with the same credentials in the game client after installation.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the login page. Check inbox and spam. If you no longer have access to the email, contact support with any proof of ownership you may have.
How do I download and install the client?
Download the latest full client or patch from the Download page. Run the installer as administrator, ensure enough disk space, and add the game folder to antivirus exclusions if needed.
Antivirus deletes or blocks the client
Many Metin2-based clients trigger false positives. Download only from the official link. If trusted, exclude the game folder and executable in your security product.
I cannot connect / channel looks offline
Check maintenance announcements and Discord/forum. Update client and patch. Verify firewall/router is not blocking game ports. Open a support ticket with screenshots if the issue persists.
How to reduce lag and low FPS?
Close background apps, update GPU drivers, try windowed mode, lower in-game graphics. Wired Ethernet is more stable than Wi‑Fi for online games.
Can I share my account?
No. Sharing, selling or trading accounts is unsafe and usually against the rules. Never share your password; change it immediately if you suspect access by others.
How do I top up EP or TL?
After logging in, use the Top up EP or Top up TL links. Follow the payment instructions; balance may take a few minutes to appear. Keep receipts and transaction IDs.
My payment did not arrive
Provider confirmation can be delayed. Log out and back in. If missing, open a support ticket with receipt, time and account name.
How do I open a support ticket?
Go to Support while logged in and create a new request. One ticket per topic; attach screenshots and character name to speed up review.
How fast is ticket support?
It depends on queue volume. Spamming the same ticket may slow responses; follow any SLA notes on the transparency page.
I was banned — can I appeal?
Yes. Write calmly via support with any evidence. Final decisions follow server rules.
Are cheats, bots or macros allowed?
No. Automation and unfair advantages usually lead to permanent bans. Do not use unknown tools.
Multiple characters or accounts?
Multiple characters are often allowed; multiple accounts or unattended farming may be restricted. Read the latest rules on the forum or transparency page.
I lost a character or item
Restoration depends on logs and policy. Open a ticket with date, time, character name and screenshots if possible; restoration is not guaranteed.
Can I change my email?
